anymore. This was purchased back in 1998 and has been in my
collection. It could have been the best out of a group of small
specimens I hand selected in 1998.

from the one time find a couple of years ago. This has a stalactite
like formation on its side formed from Gypsum crystals growing on a branch
or limb and then falling over in the water to the bottom also covered with
Gypsum. Then secondary the sparkling cubes of colorless Halite
crystalized onto the Gypsum. Single and twinned Gypsum crystals have
always been found but this is the first find having the stalactite like
formation covered with sharp pointed Gypsum crystals protruding from the
stalactite like a cactus. |
