It is an undamaged floater covered with crystals of terminated Quartz, small rhombs of Calcite, and grey black crystals of Chalcocite, Tennantite, Bornite, or something else? There is also a coating of grey green sparkling micro crystalline species on one side. Crystals onf front, back and sides. There may be a few more species on this piece. This is part of the famous Kristalle Crystal Classic lot of Tsumeb minerals from the Uri Bahman collection that was missing labels on a large part of the lot. I have not got to having any analysis done, especially since the cost of having the work done on so many specimens would cost a fortune. |
