 | I have several Philadelphia Academy specimens left from the lot I purchased from the Collectors Edge. With a great deal on 140 flats, most did have labels. Here is #4039. I have specimen of the same type of specimen with #4045 with a label. On mindat.org there are two other specimens from Chesterfield, #4022 and #4021. 4022 was donated by William Maclure and has the label shown. 4021 was donated by John Price Wetherhill 1843-1906 director and consulting engineer for New Jersey Zinc Company. My label for 4045 also shows JP Wetherhill as the donor. 4039 has both Rubelllite and green Elbaite with an unusual bent crystal as shown in photo and is very similar to the 4045. ex Philadelphia Academy of Natural Sciences. copy of label for 4045. |
