This was collected just prior to the underground entrances being sealed by the state of Utah and just prior to be approved as a new species. Although found at Gold Hill years ago with the work to get it described as a new species, long delays left the type locality for Barahonaite-Fe to find and get the work completed to describe this new species as type locality in Spain. Even though first found in Utah. |
