 | Here is is a group of terminated and double terminated sherry colored Topaz crystals from Topaz Mountain in Utah. They have some sand inclusions which is not removable but they do have color and would be a better day of collecting than I would have. These Topaz are sun sensitive and if left in direct sunlight turn colorless which is how many are found after laying in the sun in the sand washes sparkling like diamonds as the faces catch the sunlight looking much bigger than they usually turn out to be once located. |
