 | Here is a specimen from the Phila. Academy. It is a jar/bottle with a cork stopper and a black sealant on the top of the cork. It has a old jar label that is no longer glued to the jar. Label says Ripio and gives the contents chemical percentages. What is not consistant is that the jar has 7789, Phila Academy number painted on the bottom. The old Phila Academy label says 7792. Third my label says 7787 7792. I had a couple of these Soda Niters and sold a few in Tucson 4 or 5 years ago. I think customers at Tucson mixed them and the same or someone else bought mismatched jars and label numbers. This is the only one left. ex Philadelphia Academy of Natural Science. |
