 | Rare new mineral from Utah. Firefly-Pigmay mine was the type locality in which only two flats of micro and thumbnail sized specimens were collected. Then some specimens were found at the Vanadium Queen mine. Now a small vug of the mineral was discovered and collected at a new location, the Blue Cap Mine. These are the best and largest crystals ever found. The crystals are lustrous and visable without a loop from this location. This specimen is a thumbnail with lustrous crystals. While not the largest crystals, they can be seen glittering in the light. |
