 | Here are three octahedral crystals of the uncommon species, Sulphohalite found at Searles Lake. They have the largest field trip in the world, 200 cars of collectors. I went on the field trip one year and did not find any of these. Buckets of Hanksite, clothes and shoes soaked in brine, but no Sulphohalite. ex Jim and Dawn Minette collection. |
