 | Here is a specimen with a large terminated undamaged Calcite on a Quartz flower. The Quartz is totally covered on one side with small Calcite crystals. The back side shows the Quartz which is an odd greenish color. Undamaged but only half of the Quartz flower present. On the back side the white line is not an open crack. It may be a hairline now healed with white filling the hairline. In any case not an open crack and also exaggerated by the photo and on the backside. |
