 | Datolites are highly sought after. Most are from the Caledonia Mine which produced and produces the most quantity of specimens. Datolites are uncommon and hard to find from other locations and many times the locations are given on labels. Here is a Datolite where the location is know. Color is sort of mauve made up of small specks of color with a thin grey rind. |
