 | Here is one of the great Halite specimens from several years ago. It has large hoppered crystals and a peachy coloration. Most of these were dipped in a liquid to thoroughly coat them to protect from humidity. The shiny lustrous look was present prior to coating and you cannot tell from looking that its been coated. Dipping gets into all the cracks and hidden areas. It does a much better job than spraying. |
