 | Here is a large double terminated golden Calcite from Tennessee. The one termination looks undamaged and natural. The second termination looks like it was probably cleaved and worn or smoothed. The specimen faces have some minor micro chipping. Overall no major damage. Contact center has a small remnant of Sphalerite. If this was sharp and pristine and a bit more transparent instead of translucent it would be a $3000 or $4000 Calcite insteead of $250 or $400 retail. |
