 | Australia and Opal go together. Here is one of the fossil opalized mussels which are less often seen than the opalized clams. I don't see any fire or color in the Opal of this fossil mussel. Sometimes they need to be polished to bring out the color or this one may not have any fire. Still a nice reference Opalized Mussel specimen. |
