 | Here is a Tintic District specimen of the rarer mineral, Mixite. It forms micro fuzzy spherical crystal aggregates. It was collected about 20 years ago and I do not know of any collected since at the Northern Spy. The mine is probably rather dangerous or maybe even sealed shut by the state of Utah. |
