 | This is part of the large lot of 80 flats of Tsumeb specimens purchased from Kristalle last year at the beginning of Tucson. These were not labeled as of the minerals. Ex Uri Bahamm collection. So the ID is a guess on my part. This is definitely rhombs of Calcite coated with a dark green Mottramite layer peppered on the surface and throughout with small emerald green Dioptase crystals. It is a large cabinet sized specimen with some minimal damage to the Calcite rhombs. |
