7atkrrs ((CHALCEDONY over QUARTZ)), $30 MINIMUM BID, Tsumeb Mine, Namibia, 9 x 9 x 8 cm, Cabinet

This is part of the large lot of 80 flats of Tsumeb specimens purchased from Kristalle last year at the beginning of Tucson. These were not labeled as of the minerals. Ex Uri Bahamm collection. So the ID is a guess on my part. My guess is that the two hexagonal crystals in the center are large Quartz crystals. On these and covering the vug appears to be botryoidal Chalcedony. I guess the coating could also be Smithsonite or some other mineral.
