 | Here is an unusual specimen and the only one I saw. The blue Quartz may actually be a blue phantom of Shattuckite on Quartz with further Quartz growth over that. Upper right appears to be a broken crystal with a clear Quartz core and then light blue coating and then more Quartz growth. The left side boundary appears differently and appears to have the light blue coating over the darker Quartz matrix and then the secondary Quartz crystal growth over that. Sawn back. |
