 | Here is a polished Copal specimen 7.7 gm with insects. There is a large insect with 4 wings that is probably a flying termite. There are also additional wings and a few other very small flys or knats. Copal is younger than Amber and between resin and amber. Copal from Columbia is found between layers that are 20 and 200 million years old. |
