 | This is part of the large lot of 80 flats of Tsumeb specimens purchased from Kristalle last year at the beginning of Tucson. These were not labeled as of the minerals. Ex Uri Bahamm collection. So the ID is a guess on my part. Not much guessing here. It is a classic Tsumeb Calcite with Hematite inclusions causing the brownish red coloration. There are a couple (2) minor edge dings but overall in good shape, especially for a cabinet sized Calcite. |
