 | The label says Mali, West Africa. On mindat.org the only location given is Loulo Mine, Kayes Region, Mali but no photos. This is a slice of a very large Tourmaline. It is not real pretty at first glance but backlit shows an olive green color. One side is polished with a luster and the other side is polished smooth with just a flat finish. Had a $300 retail price and the collector paid $75 years ago. ex H Desinger collection. |
