8413 5ecjznss   ((CERUSSITE on MALACHITE pseudomorph after AZURITE)),   $100 MINIMUM BID, Tsumeb Mine, Namibia,  6 x 4.5 x 2.5 cm, Miniature

Here is a fine specimen with undamaged Azurite crystals now pseudomorphed to green Malachite. There are a couple of groups of small white Cerussite crystals. I traded for this specimen and was told and it was labeled as being from Mammoth St. Anthony, Tiger, Arizona. I had it sold for $600 but when verifying the locality as Tiger with Evan Jones, a dealer and expert Arizona collector, he opinion was that it was not Tiger, but Tsumeb instead. More valuable as a Tiger specimen, it would still have a retail value of $400 to $500 but still far less than a Tiger specimen. In looking for specimens for the auction, I decided to list it with a $100 min bid which is far less than the original trade value.
