 | These spinel twinned and herringbone Coppers were the hit of the 2004 Tucson show. This one is a thin spinel twinned copper with several small octahedral Cuprite crystals on the twin. Excellent thumbnail size. This one has not be cleaned as some were. Its personal preference. If cleaned the Cuprites would stand out very nicely retaining there dark color against the lighter copper. It also looks better in person, these pictures do not do justice on the copper or cuprite crystals. |
