 | Here is a Goethite ps Pyrite from Brazil. Utah Pelican Point was famous for worldclass Goethite ps Pyrite. This specimen has a crack on the bottom but it is not loose. Cracks are typical on these after being removed from the mining for 5, 10 years. Many of the Pelican Point specimens also have a crack after some time. I have not heard of any actually falling apart. |
