 | Here are large and lustrous Spessartine crystals, three of them to 1.3 cm on Rhyolite. These are larger than usual and clean and lustrous. I have collected this area and Spessartine crystals are plentiful but small and hard to retrieve in the hard Rhyolite boulders outcropping in the area. This is a superb example which also has the back or base sawn flat for better display. |
