_small.jpg) | This specimen appears to be solid Silver with most having a blackish to iridescent patina. Yet areas on one side have the silver colored Silver. The Silver colored area blends into the dark oxidized surface. The higher areas of the black is silver colored with handling wear. I can see Copper as in a halfbreen. If you wanted to use silver cleaner and remove the patina, it may be easier to tell if all silver and why areas are oxidized and others are silver. It may have been just displayed with the now Silver colored area down protecting it from oxidation |
