 | Here is a choice undamaged cabinet sized Calcite from the area in Brazil that produces excellent Calcite specimens and Amethyst flowers. The pair of large crystals almost look cubic but are made up of layered intergrown Calcite rhombs with a look of being melted together. The matrix is a green Chlorite covered with Amethyst and then coated with Calcite. The two large Calcite crystals display very nicely. Choice undamaged Brazilian Calcites are uncommon and hard to find. |
