 | The color in the photo looks exactly like Covellite but in person it is slightly more green in the blue coloration. The Chalcopyrite is treated to produce this iridescent coloration. Sometimes mislabeled and sold as Bornite. Chalcopyrite from the Sweetwater Mine sometimes has this iridescent color naturally and sometimes is also treated. |
