12dhjdis ((IRIDESCENT GOETHITE)), $10 MINIMUM BID, Minnie Moore Mine-Colorado Mine, Tintic District, Juab County, Utah, 7 x 4 x 1.4 cm, Cabinet,

These were collected this year from a relatively small pocket now totally collected. The Minnie Moore Mine evidently is connected to the Colorado Mine. Mindat lists minerals at the Colorado as Baryte, Calamine, Cerussite, Galena, Geocronite, Jarosite, Pharmacosiderite, Quartz, Scorodite, Smithsonite, and Sphalerite. The only photo is of Jarasite. No analysis was done but there is Limonite and Goethite at the Mine even though not listed in Mindat. The grey perhaps could also be Geocronite since it is crystallized. This has a beautiful rainbow coloration of iridescence like an oil slick. Tintic specimens seem to be rather scarce.
