This location is famous for is uniques Copper pseudomorphs after Aragonite. Here are two unpseudomorphed Aragonite crystals. These specimens were part of the Vaux collection, the academy's largest and most significant collection. Vaux 1811-1882, was ANSP Vice President. ex Philadelphia Academy of Science #19646, ex William Vaux collection. NOTE: A copy of the label is included - not the original.
