This is a rare species from Chile. Schwartzembergite is a secondary lead mineral in arid regions and is rare and unusual since it contains trivalent Iodine. This specimen is also from the Academy of Natural Sciences of Philadelphia with their label with is a William Vaux Collection mumber 19303. Donated by E. D. Drown
