_small.jpg) | Tetrahedrite specimens from Ophir are uncommon. ex Solon Hammack collected circa 1990 by Solon Hammack. Some Tetrahedrite crystals are chipped up to 1 cm and some are undamaged up to 1.2 cm. Terminated needle Quartz cover the top. Pinkish Dolomite appears to be either naturally etched or etched after collecting since the Quartz crystals are in great shape and probably have been etched out the protective matrix. ex Solon Hammack collection |
