 | Here is a single large golden scalenohedral crystal of Calcite. There is some damage or scuffing. The lower 2/3rds of the specimen has a pale purplish hue while the tip is pale yellow. I once saw a large cleaved rhomb of Calcite of this purplish Calcite from Elmwood. |
