| These were collected this year from a relatively small pocket now totally collected. The Minnie Moore Mine evidently is connected to the Colorado Mine. Mindat lists minerals at the Colorado as Baryte, Calamine, Cerussite, Galena, Geocronite, Jarosite, Pharmacosiderite, Quartz, Scorodite, Smithsonite, and Sphalerite. The only photo is of Jarasite. No analysis was done but there is Limonite and Goethite at the Mine even though not listed in Mindat. This has a beautiful rainbow coloration of iridescence like an oil slick. Tintic specimens seem to be rather scarce. This is probably the largest specimen and most completely covered with the iridescence. |
