_small.jpg) | Beautiful terminated, I believe double terminated, Epidote with a dusting of sparkling Hematite from this one time find in the 1990's by Wayne Thompson. There is a large platey Hematite crystal between the two crystals of Epidote which is unusual. No damage to Epidote. Hard to tell if the large Hematite crystal is damaged or not, I think it probably has some top missing. Hematite in photo is near termination and looks just like a line since it is showing just the thin side of the Hematite platey crystal. |
