 | Here is a fine large Fluorite from Illinois. Nearly completely undamaged with only a couple slight bruise or very minor corner cleaves. It appears to be a large corner off a much larger crystal but the side that would have been the cleaved side continued to crystallize and grow into smaller cubic crystal faces making a stepped face. This face also has small Chalcopyrite crystals. The Fluorite is translucent and has some zoning and is a typical magenta purple color. |
