 | Here is a 205 gm half nodule of massive Vivianite from Demons Bluff in Australia. These weather out of the cliffs and fall into the shallow waters. When the tide goes out, collectors climb down the cliffs and collect on low tide. Then climb back up loaded with nodules prior to the high tide's return. These are cut and polished or just polished without cutting. This one is a half of nodule showing the blue and sometimes green polished interior with round patterns. |
