 | Here is an uncommon matrix specimen with two Epidote crystals. The smaller is double terminated. The larger is terminated on one end and has a flat lustrous area of contact from another crystal on the other end. Grey shiny micro druze of Hematite on the back side of the Epidote crystals. These are from the one time Wayne Thompson funded dig in Kenya over 10 years ago. I had bought the entire find of 40 flats of the Thumbnail to miniature sized. There was another lot of Cabinet sized specimens and Wayne kept the large Cabinet $5000 to $50000 speimens to retail himself. |
