coq18 ROMERITE, COQUIMBITE, HALOTRICHITE, COPIAPITE Dexter #7 Mine, Calf Mesa, San Rafael Swell, Emery County, Utah, 10 x 7.5 x 5 cm | |
A cabinet sized combination sulphate specimen. The prevalent minerals are brown Romerite and light purple Coquimbite crystals to 3 mm. White Halotrichite and yellow Copiapite are also present. Although the crystals (especially the Coquimbite) not as large as they could be, this is a very fine combination specimen. |
