 | Excellent somewhat lustrous single Pyrite crystal from the April 2012 find at Bingham Canyon Copper Mine. Fully formed crystal with a dark patina or coating. In the southwest similar specimens are said to have a thin Chalcocite coating. This may be just a dark patina. Pyritahedron in very good condition except one has some chipping damage and shows the brassy gold Pyrite color. |
