_small.jpg) | This is from a fantastic find back in about 2010 of Pyrite crystals with no attachment unless to another Pyrite crystal. Most of the find were smaller crystals with some this size and a few larger. Faces on some were smooth but most have various indents from odd crystal growth. This one has some damage with the majority of that looking damaged is the irregular growth. Floater with most of the matix able to be removed leaving the floater crystals. The large Pyrite floaters are uncommon to rare. |
