 | This is part of the Marion Stuart collection. Marion Stuart was heir to the Carnation Milk estate. Also previously ex Wm Pinch collection. Danburites are well known from Mexico. Most on the market are from Mexico. This is an uncommon larger specimen which is from Russia. It is terminated but does have a large concoidal 2 cm ding out of the back side of the termination. Some edge roughness also is present. The history and location make up for the damage which is not even readily apparent when displaying |
