8867 7366 11gsdjnss   ((MALACHITE pseudomorph after AZURITE))   $50 MINIMUM BID,  Milpillas Mine, near Nacozari, Sonora, Mexico,   8.5 x 7 x 5.5 cm, Cabinet

Here is a large specimen with large crystals of Malachite pseudomorph from the Milpillas Mine.  The finds from the last several years have produced worldclass Malachite pseudos, Azurite, and even Brochantite specimens.  The majority have been handled by Evan Jones from Phoenix with many contacts in Mexico.  The Malachite pseudos appeared first.   In 2011 when the superb Azurites began being found Evan sold me a small lot of the Malachite pseudos at a great price.  Repair on this one is $500.    $100 is less than the  average cost with several smaller specimens in the lot.  This is the last of the lot.
