 | Here is an unusual enclosed cast with Druzy Quartz on the interior. Only a small opening allows one to see the Druse inside. The rest is totally enclosed. The Quartz formed inside a vug with the Druze and then the entire matrix of the vug dissolved leaving the Quartz purse with the inside lined with Druze. It somewhat reminds me of the Dolomite casts after Calcite from Tsumeb. ex H Deisinger. |
