Old Pseudomorph after Spodumene. Two sections are glued together. per Mindat.org Aglaite was named in 1877 by Julien because Cymatolite had been recognized as a variety of Pihlite by Dana. The name Aglaite was also recognized as no different than Cymatolite as both were lamellar aggregates of Muscovite and Albite pseudomorph after Spodumene. Academy of Science #18447, ex E D Drown.
