 | Here is a specimen of carmel colored Grossular from Canada. It was part of the Academy of Natural Science of Philadelphia's collection. The number is not on the specimen. It was full an Academy lot from Collectors Edge. I am wondering that this may have been a trimming off the main specimen. $500 seems excessive. But for a larger specimen, it would have been more. I am puzzled on this one. Listing 16 was also in the box with this specimen. Antique label and Academy label. Also white fluorescent material that looks like Scheelite. |
