 | Here is an excellent undamaged pair of Andradite crystals from Cornwall Mine in Pennsylvania. The largest is 1.5 cm across. Looking at the specimen, Calcite has been etched from specimen and probably too much which loosened the large crystal. It all depends on whether the closeup shows glue or etched Calcite holding the large Andradite. I've looked with 5x optivisor and it could be either way looking at this side. The other side does not look like it has been glued. |
