 | Here is an undamaged Quartz from the Pennsylvania Pyromorphite locality. These were collected about 10 years ago off the dumps. Unlike mine dumps out west which are exposed, eastern dumps are covered with vegetation and trees making rockhounding and collecting extra challenging and difficult. Poisonous snakes are a usually remote but possible problem in both the west and the east. |
