 | The Gold Hill Mine specimens were collected about 1991 by Jim Wilson. This cabinet specimen has yellowish Adamite crystals on the front and back. Specimens are harder and harder to find at Gold Hill since Gold Hill is a very popular collecting locality for local clubs, tours, and small commercial dealer collecting with its variety of species present. It is one of the top Utah collecting localities for rockhounding. In the 1990's specimens were alot easier to find and collection. Also underground had been sealed shut by the state of Utah. I am not sure if currently there is access underground of not. ex Jim Wilson |
