_small.jpg) | Reported that only about 30 of these twins were even collected. The collectors were not able to get them out on matrix and hard to just cleave them out at the bases of the twins. This is an unusual specimen in that most were covered with a white secondary coating of Calcite. Only a few of the 30 are the brown Calcite twinned crystals without the white Calcite coating. This on has only a little of the white Calcite around its base. ex Don Fratto specimen. |
