Rare limited locality in Georgia, One face at the top of the termination has some brown and a flake at the termination. It does not look like a normal chip. It looks more like possibly a contact with matrix material or possibly touching another crystal. No Photos shown on mindat.org, but the locality is named. ex Dana Wilson MD collection #175.
